Community & Partnerships Manager
About Us
ÆONIS SYSTEMS is looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager to build relationships, expand outreach, and strengthen collaborations with hospitals, universities, AI research groups, and funding organizations. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, engaging stakeholders, and growing the ÆONIS community to support AI-driven healthcare and education initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in public relations, nonprofit partnerships, or community management.
Important Note: Until funding is secured, we ask for a commitment of 10-15 hours per month to ensure steady progress while respecting your time and contributions. This role is open to global applicants and can be remote.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, universities, AI researchers, and nonprofit organizations.
Community Engagement: Foster an active online and offline community around ÆONIS SYSTEMS through events, forums, and collaborations.
Networking & Outreach: Represent ÆONIS SYSTEMS in meetings, conferences, and industry events to build strategic alliances.
Grant & Funding Relationships: Work with grant writers and fundraising teams to identify new funding opportunities.
Volunteer & Ambassador Program: Develop initiatives to attract and manage volunteers, ambassadors, and early supporters.
Public Communication: Oversee social media, newsletters, and community updates to engage stakeholders.
Feedback & Collaboration: Gather insights from partners, industry leaders, and the community to improve ÆONIS SYSTEMS’ impact.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in community management, nonprofit partnerships, or strategic outreach.
Education: Bachelor's in Public Relations, Communications, Business Development, or related fields preferred.
Networking Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with institutions, partners, and funding sources.
Communication & Public Speaking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Social Media & Digital Outreach: Experience in managing online communities, events, and outreach campaigns.
Fundraising & Grant Collaboration: Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising strategies and donor engagement is a plus.
Work Model & Expectations
Commitment: 10-15 hours per month.

Compensation: Currently voluntary; early contributors will be prioritized for paid roles once funding is secured
